Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or attending any Fintangle programme. By submitting an enquiry or completing a registration, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.

1. Definitions

"Fintangle" means Fintangle, a budgeting education provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
"Programme" means any workshop, coaching track, retreat or educational session offered by Fintangle.
"Participant" means any individual who registers for or attends a Programme.
"Materials" means worksheets, spreadsheet templates, workbooks, reference sheets and any other content distributed in connection with a Programme.
"Website" means the Fintangle website accessible at https://fintanglexvd.cyou

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, completing a registration or attending a Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all Participants aged 18 or over. Fintangle programmes are not designed for or offered to persons under 18.

3. Nature of Our Services

All Fintangle programmes are strictly general budgeting education. Nothing in any Programme constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated advisory service under Malaysian law. Fintangle is not a licensed financial adviser. Participants should seek appropriate professional advice for their specific circumstances.

4. Programme Enrolment

4.1 Registration

Places on Programmes are allocated upon receipt of a completed registration and payment confirmation. Fintangle reserves the right to decline a registration at its discretion.

4.2 Group size

Fintangle manages group sizes to maintain session quality. If a Programme is fully subscribed, you will be offered a place on the next available cohort or a full refund of any fees paid.

4.3 Changes by Fintangle

Fintangle reserves the right to reschedule, relocate or modify a Programme. Affected Participants will be notified as early as practicable and offered alternative arrangements or a refund.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Programme fees

Everyday Budget Foundations Workshop: RM 520 per person
Household Money Coaching Track (6 weeks): RM 1,480 per person
Family Finance Education Retreat: RM 2,940 per household enrolment

All fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment details are provided on registration confirmation.

5.2 Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the Programme start date: full refund.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund, but the place may be transferred to another person subject to prior notification.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own attendance and punctuality.
Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward other Participants and Fintangle facilitators throughout all sessions.
Participants must not record sessions (audio, video or otherwise) without the prior written consent of Fintangle.
Participants acknowledge that exercises in sessions are voluntary and agree to share only information they are comfortable disclosing in a group setting.

7. Intellectual Property

All Materials provided in connection with a Programme remain the intellectual property of Fintangle. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Materials for their own household budgeting purposes. Materials must not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Fintangle.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fintangle's liability to any Participant in connection with a Programme is limited to the fee paid by that Participant for that Programme. Fintangle is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from participation in or reliance on Programme content.

All Programmes are educational in nature. Fintangle makes no representation that participation will result in any specific financial outcome for any Participant.

9. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify Fintangle against any claim or loss arising from their breach of these Terms or their conduct during a Programme.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or a Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Fintangle encourages Participants to contact us directly to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

Fintangle may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to all Programmes starting on or after the Effective Date shown above. Continued enrolment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
